Who we are

Property Maintenance and Gardens, Inc. (PROMain)

Began as a dream rooted in the fertile soil of Marinduque, where our founder’s childhood passion for plants first blossomed. Growing up in an impoverished town, he learned the value of hard work and the importance of sustainable living through backyard farming. This early connection with nature laid the groundwork for what would become PROMain.

The journey frm planting fruit trees and vegetables to managing the landscape and streetscapes of the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) was fueled by a relentless drive to succeed and an innovative mindset. In 2007, with a modest capital of 125K and a wealth of experience, PROMain was established. Today, our Net Asset Value stands at 70M, and we employ 350 dedicated individuals.

PROMain has grown to become a trusted partner for major developers such as Ayala Land Inc., ArthaLand Corporation, Robinsons Land Corporation, and Federal Land Inc. Our portfolio includes prestigious projects like the Cebu Exchange Tower, ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower, and The Westin Manila. Each project reflects our commitment to excellence and sustainability.
